Requirements
Participating students to maintain a regular Ashtanga yoga practice throughout the immersion (4-5 days per week).
Certification
All students will receive a certification of completion. Those with 200-hr YA teaching certificates can count this immersion as 60-hours for YA Continuing Education Points.

About the Teachers

Nea Ferrier
Nea has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga internationally since 2008. She was authorised level 2 by Paramaguru Sharath Jois in 2010 and was the first authorised Ashtanga teacher to teach in the Gulf Region. She has been teaching in Dubai since 2013, where she founded Ashtanga Yoga Dubai, as well as the yoga shala Nilaya House.
A student of yoga for 20 years, Nea continues her personal studies in Ayurveda, Menstruality, Tantra and Veda Chanting. Nea’s teaching style is gentle, compassionate and intuitive, drawing on 15 years of daily teaching and focused on guiding students to find their own balance between effort and letting go, and to practice in a way that is sustainable and supportive for various life stages.

Kamal
Kamal is a 500-ERYT certified yoga teacher from Yoga Alliance USA, a 300-hr certified American Viniyoga as therapy teacher. He also has a diploma in Massage therapy from CIBTAC UK and a diploma degree in Manual Osteopathy from Osteopathic College of Ontario. Kamal is the founder of the online training platform Integrated Therapy Work and has been teaching since 2013.

Lakshya (Elouise)
Elouise Lakshya is a dedicated yoga teacher, Sanskrit educator, and retreat leader with over 15 years of experience guiding students beyond physical postures into the deeper dimensions of yoga.
Having spent 12 years in India immersed in the study of Vedanta, Sanskrit, and mantra chanting, she specializes in making these ancient wisdom traditions accessible and relevant to modern practitioners.
